Tell us more about your business
I work 1:1 with a handful of clients to help them build strength and love their bodies again. I also provide online coaching through my app and 6 month program where I teach 6 pillars of health.
In one or two sentences, what specific problem does your business solve for your clients?
I help moms feel strong and confident in their bodies again. I help them make their needs and health a priority.
Recent milestone you've celebrated in your business
3 years in business with growth while raising my 2.5 year old son.
What is a recent investment youβve made in your business
I have hired a few different business coaches who specialize in different areas, such as AI, messaging and more. I love the WAVE community as it helps keep my business on track and in a local network.
What changed after that investment? Why do you see it as an investment, not an expense?
When you invest, you pay attention and things can become clearer. Clarity can help a business grow faster.
What would you tell a new entrepreneur who's considering investing in the same thing, but is hesitant?
Find an area you need help in and spend the money, if you donβt it will take way more time and energy than you think.
Now for some fun stuff!
Alwaysβ¦
Always put yourself as a priority!
Neverβ¦
Never compare your chapter 1 to someoneβs chapter 10.
Advice for other entrepreneurs, who are slightly less far alongβ¦

Before starting my workday, I make sure toβ¦
Drink water, collagen coffee, high protein breakfast and time with Waylon.
Best part of my work isβ¦
Seeing my clients results and how happy they are to hit milestones they didnβt even know existed.
Last vacation you took (and where did you go)
Snowboarding out west with my husband.
