The TL;DR for Binu Dhindsa of Binu Dhindsa Coaching

Binu Dhindsa is an Intuitive Leadership Mentor, speaker, founder of the Speak Up Movement, and host of The Binu Show podcast (re-launching October 2026). She helps women use their voice, be seen, and turn their lived experience into lived wisdom they’re no longer afraid to share.

At 55, Binu is passionate about changing the narrative of what’s possible for women in the second half of their lives. She believes this is not the time to become quieter. It’s the time to take everything we’ve lived, learned and know and do something impactful with it.

Known for opening up the conversations women are often thinking about but not always having out loud, Binu speaks openly about money, menopause, health after 50, relationships, self-talk, visibility and the Laws of the Universe. At the heart of all of her work is a simple idea: when we change the way we think about ourselves, stop allowing other people’s perceptions to dictate how we show up, and learn the art of communicating what we really want, everything begins to change.

Drawing from her training in hypnosis, Binu combines subconscious mind work with the practice of becoming deeply aware of, and intentionally changing, the thoughts we think every day. She teaches women that transformation happens on both levels. We can reprogram the beliefs and stories held beneath the surface while consciously choosing new thoughts, language and ways of seeing ourselves. Her spiritual teachings bring another layer to this work, exploring energy, intuition and the Laws of the Universe, and how they shape what we believe is possible for our lives.

Through her speaking, mentorships, programs and events, Binu inspires women to speak up for what they truly want, share the story only they can tell, and go after the dream that keeps calling them, whether that means writing the book, starting the business, creating the community, stepping onto a stage, or simply using their voice in a way that helps someone else.

Her work brings together the subconscious mind, self-talk, self-expression, intuition and spirituality, grounded in her belief that our thoughts become things, our energy matters, and when a woman answers the call to be fully seen and heard, she creates change far beyond herself.

Tell us more about your business

I coach and mentor women through the limits that show up when they’re ready for more. When fear, self-doubt or old conditioning tells them to stay where they are, I help them see things differently, move into possibility and remember that they get to be, do and have so much more than they’ve been taught to believe.

A big part of my work is helping women live from the inside out instead of the outside in. We look at the subconscious beliefs, everyday thoughts and old rules they’ve picked up along the way, then shift them toward a higher perspective rooted in abundance, intuition and what they know to be true for themselves. I help women tap back into their own soul’s knowing, use their voice, and take action on what is calling them forward.

I do this through private coaching, my signature LIMITLESS Inner Circle, the growing Speak Up Movement and Community, live programs and events, and my podcast, The Binu Show.

I spend my days looking after my mind, body and soul first and then in conversation with clients, either voice texts or zoom calls, meeting with event planners, dreaming up new ideas for the podcast or for keynotes, writing my book, and learning from my mentors. Most people find me through Instagram, where I share my life, teachings and the conversations I feel women need to be having more openly.

From there, they often find their way to my podcast, masterclasses, events or into one of my coaching spaces. Others discover me through the podcast, an event, or simply through another woman sharing my work.

In one or two sentences, what specific problem does your business solve for your clients?

I help women who know they’re meant for more but keep holding themselves back from saying, doing or creating what’s calling them. I help them move through the internal limits keeping them stuck so they can use their voice, be seen and take action on what they truly want.

Recent milestone you've celebrated in your business

I recently signed with a publisher to write my first book, which feels like such a full-circle moment as I step more deeply into my own Speak Up era. After years of helping other women use their voice and share what they know, I’m now taking my own lived experience, teachings and ideas and putting them into a book that can reach women far beyond the rooms I’m already in.

What is a recent investment you’ve made in your business

Last year I invested in a business coach because I could feel I was ready for a quantum leap. Spiritually, I was seeing what was possible for me, but I also knew there were things I needed to understand more deeply on the practical business and financial side, including how to create and grow a signature program.

The timing felt divine. I’m a fast mover and I know I can clear many of my own blocks, but having the right coach helped me see beyond my own limits, move faster and step more fully into what I knew I was capable of.

What changed after that investment? Why do you see it as an investment, not an expense?

What changed most was how I saw myself and what I believed was possible for my business. I created my signature program, had my biggest launch ever, expanded my vision, made bigger decisions faster and stopped letting some of my own limits dictate what I could build.

I see coaching as an investment because what I gained didn’t end when the coaching ended. The clarity, confidence, skills and expansion became part of how I lead and make decisions today. I invested in my own growth, and that continues to compound in every part of my life and business.

What would you tell a new entrepreneur who's considering investing in the same thing, but is hesitant?

If your heart and soul are saying yes, even while your mind is unsure, trust the nudge and take the leap. Your soul knows what’s calling you forward, and investing in yourself will always create growth, always. And often it’s growth in my life and business at the same time.

Now for some fun stuff!

Always…

Always trust your intuition, she’s always right.

Never…

Never assume you can’t do something. Go learn a new skill, practice, put in the reps and surprise yourself.

Advice for other entrepreneurs, who are slightly less far along…

Surround yourself with others who are at same stage or slightly ahead of you… spend more time with them, events, zoom rooms, masterclasses and less time with friends and family who don’t understand your vision.

What is a tool, resource, podcast, book or person you’ve invested in that’s added value to your entrepreneurial journey

Sarah Lambert @thesarahlambert on Instagram. Her coaching and speaking my spiritual language has been the game changer for me the last year. And community podcast with kristina bartold… she always gives me some tangible advice on my podcast growth or how to ‘think and operate in my business’. I am always willing to upgrade my thoughts to change my reality and so there it is!

Favourite way to wind down after a long workweek

So I don’t have ‘long’ workweeks. I have co-created my days (with the Universe as my partner) and I have so much freedom of time in my workweek that I don’t ever feel I have to ‘wind down”. It’s a way of being for me….but I do love a good spa day and throw those in here and there when I feel called to…not a need, but a call;)

Before starting my workday, I make sure to…

Do my ‘before my feet hit the floor’ exercise . I put one hand on my heart, the other on my belly, I breathe deep and either repeat ‘peace love calm’ to myself a few times, or I ask the Universe for guidance for my day ahead. I also drink coffee while sitting still in my family room before I work out or do any work.

Best part of my work is…

Watching a woman’s thoughts and perspective shift in front of me, her expression goes from low to high, vibration wise…I can see it, in her face, her energy, her eyes. It’s magical and soul filling for me. Once that shift happens, she operates from a different vibe in her life, home and business and that growth propels her forward to making the impact she’s here to make.

Last vacation you took (and where did you go)
