What is a recent investment youβve made in your business
Working with an experienced and trustworthy business mentor has been the most humbling and rewarding experience. I spend almost $20,000/year to be pushed outside my comfort zone, have a mentor to bounce ideas off of, but most of all to stay focused, on budget and in control of all the crazy ideas I have an an entrepreneur.
What changed after that investment? Why do you see it as an investment, not an expense?
It was the best investment I have ever made. From learning how to become a better leader and owner, to developing a CEO and head trainer who now run the business, this investment has allowed me to grow without losing the freedom and flexibility of have.
What would you tell a new entrepreneur who's considering investing in the same thing, but is hesitant?
It will be the best investment you ever make in yourself and your business if they are a great fit for you and you trust them.
