Tell us more about your business

I’m a Strength and Holistic Health Coach who helps women move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and build long‑term resilience through intentional, evidence‑based training. My work blends functional strength coaching with holistic lifestyle support, using my Five Pillars of Health Method — exercise, nutrition, hydration, stress regulation, and sleep and recovery — to help women get results both inside and outside the gym.

I support women through three coaching pathways:

  • 1:1 Coaching focused on strength training, movement quality, and lifestyle/behaviour change.

  • Strength for HER Group Training, offered in-person and online, providing progressive strength programming and community support.

  • Distance Coaching, a remote 1:1 option that includes assessment and personalized programming women can follow independently.

My workday is a mix of coaching clients in-person in Etobicoke, programming for my online clients, reviewing movement assessments, and creating educational content that teaches women about strength, biomechanics, and women‑specific physiology.

Most women find me through Instagram, referrals, and my educational content — drawn to the combination of premium coaching, science‑backed guidance, and a supportive, empowering approach to women’s health and strength.

In one or two sentences, what specific problem does your business solve for your clients?

I help women who are chasing weight loss realize that what they actually need is strength. Through clear, evidence‑based education and supportive coaching, I shift their focus from trying to shrink to building muscle — so they become strong, capable, confident, and achieve the long‑term body recomposition they’ve been missing.

Recent milestone you've celebrated in your business

A recent milestone I’m celebrating is the launch of Strength for HER, my in‑person small‑group strength training program held in a private gym. After years of building the foundation behind the scenes — my website, systems, and educational platforms — the infrastructure is finally paying off. My search engine optimization is working, women are finding me organically, and one even discovered my business through ChatGPT. It feels like the quiet, consistent work I’ve invested is now creating real momentum.

What is a recent investment you’ve made in your business

A recent investment that has significantly impacted my business was hiring my business coach, Kelsey Reidl, and completing Dr. Stacey Sims’ Menopause 2.0 course. Together, these two investments strengthened both sides of my work: the business infrastructure behind the scenes and the scientific foundation of my coaching.

Working 1:1 with a business coach gave me the clarity, structure, and direction I needed to grow online. It helped me build a solid, data‑driven plan, create systems I can trust, and establish an online presence that simply didn’t exist before. The infrastructure we built is stable, intentional, and has already produced measurable results.

Dr. Stacey Sims’ course provided the scientific confirmation and deeper understanding of female physiology that elevated my coaching. I was already doing the right things with my clients, but this research validated my approach and expanded my ability to serve women across all life stages with even more confidence and precision.

I’ve always been someone who invests in myself because I know how quickly it accelerates growth. I hired a business coach because I needed expert support in the online space, and I pursued Dr. Sims’ course out of a deep passion for women’s health and a desire to better serve my clients throughout their entire lifespan.

What changed after that investment? Why do you see it as an investment, not an expense?

A major shift after making these investments is that I’m finally working smarter, not harder — something that has become increasingly important as I grow and evolve in my business. The structure, clarity, and scientific backing I gained have streamlined my workflow, strengthened my confidence, and made it significantly easier to communicate exactly what I do and who I help.

I see these as investments, not expenses, because the return has already far exceeded the cost — in growth, clarity, confidence, and measurable results. They’ve saved me an enormous amount of time, energy, and effort, which are far more valuable resources to me than money. Fast‑tracking my progress, reducing stress, and gaining expert support is exactly why I invest in myself. These decisions have created a stable foundation, opened new opportunities, and will continue to compound in value over time.

What would you tell a new entrepreneur who's considering investing in the same thing, but is hesitant?

A new entrepreneur who’s hesitant to invest needs to know this: the right support will save you time, energy, and stress — and accelerate your growth in ways you simply can’t create alone. You know yourself and your needs better than anyone, and giving yourself the proper guidance is not just a business decision, it’s a decision that protects your mental well‑being.

There is never a “perfect” moment to invest; the right time is when you recognize you need help. No one is meant to build a business entirely on their own. The right coach, course, or mentor will expand your opportunities, strengthen your foundation, and make the journey feel lighter. Take your time, do your research, and choose someone who aligns with your values — but don’t let hesitation hold you back from the support that will change your life and business for the better.

Now for some fun stuff!

Always…

Always go for it. You’re worth the calculated risk. You get one life and one chance to build the future you want — so trust yourself, back your decisions, and live it fully.

Never…

Never let fear run your life. Build the courage to move toward what you want, even when it feels uncomfortable. Choose faith over fear — always.

Advice for other entrepreneurs, who are slightly less far along…

Get the support you need — it will change your life, your confidence, and the trajectory of your business. Entrepreneurship requires you to wear many hats, and without the right structure and systems, burnout happens fast. Putting solid foundations in place early will save you time, energy, and countless headaches down the road.

Surround yourself with people who understand the journey, because doing this alone can feel incredibly isolating. When you have the right guidance, the right community, and the right systems, everything becomes lighter and more intentional. If you truly want this and you’re willing to do the work, you can make it happen. It won’t always be easy, but it will be one of the most worthwhile decisions you ever make.

What is a tool, resource, podcast, book or person you’ve invested in that’s added value to your entrepreneurial journey

  • Tools (find the ones that are relevant to your business, platforms I use - Zoom, Acuity, Squarespace, stripe and YouTube)

  • Resources (books on relevant topics that interest you or spark your curiosity, attending workshops, conferences, masterminds, hiring coaches and mentors)

  • Podcast (Huberman Podcast, Rain or Shine)

  • Books ( “The Obstacle is the way” by Ryan Holiday, Donald Miller “Storybrand” work, “The 5AM Club” by Robin Sharma)

Favourite way to wind down after a long workweek

Hermit mode — slowing down, recharging, and spending quiet time with the people I love. Whether it’s relaxing at home or doing whatever I need in the moment, I wind down by giving myself space to reset and feel grounded again.

Before starting my workday, I make sure to…

Serve myself first by staying committed to my morning routine. I anchor my day with affirmations, a gratitude list, meditation or breathwork, a few moments of silence, gentle movement based on what my body needs, and a tarot pull to set the tone. It’s my way of grounding, aligning, and showing up for myself before I show up for anyone else.

Best part of my work is…

The best part of my work is connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. Supporting women, witnessing their growth, and seeing the happiness and confidence that come from the changes we create together is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Last vacation you took (and where did you go)
