LIFE BEFORE THE ACADEMY & MEGHANTELPNER.COM

Meghan I saw that on your Instagram you recently posted the 10 year challenge & I wanted to start off today’s episode asking you if you ever in your wildest, most visionary dreams could have imagined the business and life you have created today?  Was this always the vision?

Let’s zoom the lens back, so that people can get to know you… You’ve accomplished SO much up to this point & I want to make sure we bring everyone up to speed.

  • You took your first dive into the world of Nutrition in 2003 when you began experiencing digestive issues: can you take us back to that time, what was your life like, what were you up to?

  • When you were writing your 2nd book, The Undiet Cookbook, you were also launching the Academy of Culinary Nutrition - how were you managing all of these moving parts?
