Emerging artist, Chris Clark, hails from the rural heartland of Ontario. Born and raised in the small town of Elora, Chris’ roots are deeply embedded in a community known for its rich musical heritage. Growing up farming, Chris’ love for country music blossomed in the most authentic settings—whether it was in the barn singing along to an old AM radio or cruising the back roads to country dances. 

In 2024, Chris launched his debut single, “Where I Can,” penned by the legendary Nashville songwriter Neil Thrasher.

His latest single ‘Summer Forever’ was released in June 2025. Chris’s music is available on all streaming platforms.

She is the founder of Hustl+Flow, a multi-modality fitness space grounded in community, connection, and well-being.  Most recently, she helped design, build, and launch Den 1880, a vibrant workspace and event hub in the heart of Uptown Waterloo.

With over a decade of experience leading high-performing sales teams for wellness brands like Vega and Sproos, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and soulful leadership to everything she does.

A certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Death Doula, Courtney is guided by her desire to help others cultivate deeper presence, intimacy, and reverence for all parts of life — from the joyful to the tender. Her work bridges the worlds of business and soul, inspiring people to trust their intuition, balance creative vision with practical realities, and lead with authenticity, purpose, and heart.
