Erika is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nutrition from New York University.

She practices functional medicine nutrition with a focus on digestive health. Her mission is to help clients feel confident in their  health journey and reduce stress/anxiety about nourishing their unique bodies. Unlike conventional band aid treatments or long-term restrictive diets, her approach uses personalized nutrition, targeted supplements and sustainable lifestyle strategies to help clients have more energy, feel less anxious around food, and live the life they desire.

Never… forget that you deserve nourishment and rest. Even in the midst of a busy schedule, take a moment to pause, eat, hydrate, and breathe.


Advice for other entrepreneurs, who are slightly less far along…

Follow your intuition and trust your instincts. Embrace and celebrate each small victory, rather than constantly chasing for the next major milestone.

Don't be afraid to invest in both yourself and your business. Everything begins as an experiment. If things don't go as planned, adjust and optimize your approach.

Tell us more about your business (what do you do, who do you help, what does your workday look like, how do people find out about you).

As a functional dietitian focusing on gut health, I help individuals who are tired of being told "everything is normal" to uncover the underlying causes of their gut issues. Through the use of specialized testing, personalized nutrition and supplements, and sustainable lifestyle practices, I guide clients towards achieving long-lasting gut health and rediscovering their vibrant selves.


My workday involves working one-on-one with clients, interpreting test results, creating protocols, providing messaging support to clients between sessions, and constantly learning. I'm obsessed with learning and honing my skills to offer the best possible support.


Recent milestone you’ve celebrated in your business?

After finishing my coaching program with Kelsey, I had my most successful month ever!

The strategies we worked on gave me the clarity and understanding of what works (and what doesn't) in my business. So, it's not just luck, I actually know what I need to do moving forward!

Favourite way to wind down after a long workweek.

On Fridays I look forward to taking a break from cooking!

My family and I enjoy visiting our neighborhood favorites or trying out new places!

Then, we take a stroll back home after dinner, which is one of the things I adore about living in New York. Finally, I unwind with a cozy movie night or grabbing a glass of wine with girlfriends.

Move my body, eat a nutritious breakfast, soak up some sunlight, and dedicate a few minutes to breathwork. 

Best part of my work is…

Helping individuals struggling with digestive issues regain control over their symptoms, instilling hope that a life free from gut problems IS possible. Empowering them to develop a deep connection and appreciation for their own bodies.

Last vacation you took (and where did you go)…

We went to Turkey!

It's become a yearly tradition for us to visit my husband's family there every summer. It's such a special time for us, hanging out with family, enjoying the beach, and eating all the delicious food. I always look forward to it every year.

Bucket list vacation that you hope to embark on in the next 5 years (where to and why?)

I would  love to visit either Italy or the Maldives! I mean, Italy for the amazing food and wine, and the Maldives for those stunning beaches and epic snorkeling.
